Delete Your Account and Data

In the App

Open SamaKa, go to Settings and tap Delete my data. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the App

Send a request with the subject Delete my SamaKa account, from or naming the Google email your account uses, so we can find and verify it.

Delete Only Some Data

You can keep your account and remove parts of your data yourself in the app:

• Profile photo: Profile → Remove photo.
• Chat messages and photos: press and hold your message in a ride chat and delete it.
• Trusted Group: open Trusted Group and remove a person.
• Ride alerts: turn off "Notify me" in Find a ride.

For anything else, such as your ID photo and selfie or your mobile number, email chris@vxtory.com with the subject SamaKa data deletion and say what to delete. We reply within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

• Your account and profile: name, Google email, mobile number, avatar and profile photo
• Your ID photo and verification selfie
• Your ride chat messages and the photos you sent
• Ratings you gave and received, reports you made, your blocks and your Trusted Group
• Ride alerts and your notification token

You are withdrawn from any ride you asked to join, and rides you offered are cancelled; the people affected are told.

What Is Kept

Records of rides that already took place, and reports other people made about you, are kept to resolve disputes and safety reports. They are not used to contact you.
