Yes. SamaKa is on Google Play as SamaKa - Car Pooling. It is an early beta, so some parts are still being refined and you may meet the occasional rough edge.
The app is designed to estimate a contribution to the trip’s fuel cost and show it before a rider joins. It is an estimate of shared cost, not a fare that the driver sets. The calculation and final launch details are still being refined.
No. The intended flow separates a request, the driver’s approval, and the rider’s confirmation. Sending a request does not mean a seat is reserved.
