App: Memori · Developer: Vxtory. You can request deletion of your Memori account and all associated data at any time, without reinstalling the app.
To delete your Memori account and everything stored with it, send a deletion request using either channel below. Include the email address your Memori account is registered under and the subject line Delete my Memori account so we can locate and verify your account.
No account, login, or app install is required to submit a request on this page.
If you want to keep your account and remove only some content, open Memori, go to Profile, and delete individual memories or files.
An account deletion request permanently removes:
Minimal security and transaction logs are retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then deleted. Nothing retained is used to identify or contact you.
Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
