App: BatasPH · Developer: Vxtory. You can request deletion of your BatasPH account and all associated data at any time, without reinstalling the app.
To delete your BatasPH account and everything stored with it, send a deletion request using either channel below. Include the email address your BatasPH account is registered under and the subject line Delete my BatasPH account so we can locate and verify your account.
No account, login, or app install is required to submit a request on this page.
You can also delete your account without contacting us: open BatasPH, go to Profile, and choose to delete individual data or your account.
An account deletion request permanently removes:
Minimal security and transaction logs are retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then deleted. Nothing retained is used to identify or contact you.
Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
