Delete Your Account and Data
App: BatasPH · Developer: Vxtory. Delete your account in the app or send us a request from this page if you no longer have access to it.
Request Account Deletion
Send a deletion request using either channel below. Include the email address registered to BatasPH and use the subject line Delete my BatasPH account so we can locate and verify your account.
Web form
You do not need the app installed to submit a request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
Delete From Inside the App
Open BatasPH, go to Profile, select Delete account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and its server-side data, then signs you out.
What Is Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your BatasPH account and profile
- Your server-side chat history
- Answer reports associated with your account
- Your active account session
Clear Data Saved on Your Device
Question-and-answer pairs you saved on your device are separate from server-side account data. In BatasPH, open Saved Answers and choose Clear saved answers. You can also remove local app data through Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
How Long It Takes
Processing Time
In-app deletion takes effect when the request succeeds. Verified requests sent by email or the web form are processed within 30 days.
